For example this house in beverly hills , says price 13500 usd… is this the total sell price or rent per month ??? because if its sell price thats so cheap ! i mean here in athens greece you have to pay 200000 euros for a small apartment 70 sq meteres !

This is monthly rental. When something is too good to be true, it probably is not true.

I think this would be for rent, especially in Beverly Hills. who can get a house there for 13,500USD!!!? Deffinately, rent I’d say…=)

It looks like that is the price, but the house is worth over 4 million dollars so this may be a foreclosure sale, of someone is trying to scam people, it is happening a lot in America so I would be very suspicious of home prices this low or rentals asking you to send the money to some where out side of the country state-ting that they will send you the keys for the house after they receive your money.
